Training is my passion and, I believe, my mission.
I am a physical trainer graduated in Sport Science, with a deep “fire” for my activity. Working with people who have goals and motivate them to reach any, finding the right strategies and synergies it’s what more passionate me. Growing and improving boys and girls is a gift from my profession and I am very lucky I can shepherd many since their very first years of sport activity.
Specific trainings for improving the performance of the practiced sport, keep moving a constant work about posture, coordination and functional balance of the athlete. The method is the result of an abundant number of hours spent in the field, gym, training and attendance at matches and tournaments.
Strenght and conditioning coah of groups or teams. Italian physical trainer specialized for both Tennis and Basketball Federations; big experience (also abroad) with juniors, seniors and professionals.
Sport Science degree with specialization in Rehabilitation, I have also experiences with athletes and sportiest after injuries at knee, ankle, back and shoulders. My work starts after the one of the doctor and physiotherapist and the goal of this side of my job is to care till the coming back of the athlete to the competitions.
